General Information :
Registration: Saturday, August 27th, 8 am - 10:15 am at Newport Middle High School
Rain Date: August 28th
Admission: $20 single rider, $30 double rider. [first 150 to sign in get free t-shirt, one t-shirt per bike]. T-Shirts will be available for purchase prior to and at the ride for those that would like to purchase them.
Admission for bands and food ONLY (non-rider): $15 for food and band (non rider)
Start time: Riders will leave promptly at 10:30am after the blessing of the ride and safety rules are given. Return time is approximately 2:30-3:00pm.
The ride this year is dedicated to the "all current and retired Police and Fire Department personnel " with special thanks to those who were touched ten years ago by the tragedy of 9/11/01.
All current and past members of the Police and Fire service will be able to ride free of charge. .
We will also be having a raffle. The "raffle" button on the left will take you to our raffle prize listings.

The Route:
LEAVE NEWPORT HIGH SCHOOL AT EXACTLY
10:30 AM ~
This year we will be riding to the NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH.

ARRIVE BACK AT NEWPORT HIGH SCHOOL AT
2-3:00 pm ~
Then back to the school for a BBQ, raffles, and live music by "Roadhouse" during the festivities, which will end at 7:00pm.
The band Roadhouse is a Local Classic Rock Band, RoadHouse, who plays everything from Aerosmith to Zeppelin and has been performing around New England for almost the last 20 years. Founded by Present Member/Bassist Ron Miller,in 1990, the group has been performing at local clubs,such as The Imperial in Claremont,NH, as well as private functions & fundraising benefits ever since. The band is fronted by Lisa (Kainu) Miller/Lead Vocals,Shane Davis/Lead Guitarist & Robert Lowery/Drums. If you're READY TO ROCK..this is the place to be on Saturday 8/27/11!!CRANK IT UPPPP & see yah at the show!!
Where are we?
From I91 in Vermont:
Take the Ascutney Vt/Claremont NH exit. Follow VT103 east into Claremont, NH. Turn left onto North Street and follow North Street 1.2 miles till it ends at a traffic light. Turn left onto Washington Street/Route 11&103. Travel 9.4 miles to downtown Newport, NH and turn left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street/Route 10 .5 miles until arriving at Newport Middle High School on the right.
From Lebanon, NH:
It's as simple as taking exit 13 onto Route 10. Follow Route 10 approx. 10 miles until arriving at Newport Middle High School on the left.
From the Concord, NH area:
Either Take exit 9 in Warner onto Route 103 and follow it through Newbury, NH and into Newport. Merge onto Route 11/103 and continue west until reaching the "little common" on Main Street in Newport and turn right onto North Main Street. Follow North Main 2/10th mile until arriving at Newport Middle High School on the right.
OR Take exit 12 in New London onto Route 11. Follow Route 11 westbound through Sunapee and into Newport. Upon reaching the "little common" on Main Street in Newport, turn right onto North Main Street and follow it 2/10th mile until arriving at Newport Middle School School on the right.
